Compliance and Disclosures

Why Disclosures?
Investment in the stock market is subject to market risk, we do not offer any guaranteed profit services or fixed returns services, we do not provide any assurance or guarantee of profit or returns with any of our services.

Trading in the Stock Market may result in partial or complete loss of gains as well as initial capital.

Before signing up for our research and trading alerts services or any services offered, clients should read carefully the Disclaimers, Terms and Conditions, Refund policy and other policies.

Our Services are provided by Research Analysts who are Qualified, Certified and Registered.

SEBI has specific guidelines for Research Analysts (RAs) to ensure compliance and disclosures, and maintain transparency in their work. These rules are designed to prevent conflicts of interest, ensure the accuracy of research, and promote trust within the securities market. The regulations governing Research Analysts are primarily laid out in the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and related amendments.

In short, SEBI’s regulations for Research Analysts ensure that research is conducted in an ethical, transparent, and unbiased manner. By mandating clear disclosures, SEBI protects investors and ensures that the integrity of market research remains intact.

Registration granted by SEBI, and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

In order to facilitate investor awareness about various activities which an investor deals with while availing the services provided by research analysts, SEBI has developed an Investor Charter for Research Analysts. This Charter is a brief document containing details of services provided to investors, their rights, dos and don’ts, responsibilities, investor grievance handling mechanism and estimated timelines thereof etc., at one single place, in a lucid language, for ease of reference.

SEBI has specified that our Terms and Conditions must also include the Most Important Terms and Conditions (‘MITC’) and these are to be disclosed to our clients and require their consent.

Clients who are dissatisfied with our services for whatever reason, have the option of raising a complaint as described in the link below. SEBI also provides a centralized web based complaints redress system ‘SCORES’ as an administrative platform for aggrieved investors, whose grievances, pertaining to the securities market, remain unresolved by the registered intermediary.

In compliance with SEBI regulations,
